Light Commercial gathering at Gaydon Heritage Museum

Took the opportunity to show off my newly aquired Ute on Sunday. Weather was not forecast to be good but thought if it was ok when I was about to start I would go - which I did
5 minutes down the road and it started to rain - and rain - and rain - all the flipin way
It was so wet there was as much water coming up off the road as there was coming down from the heavens.
Anyway I now know that I need a new screen rubber  2/3rds the way there I had to stop and take the bung out the footwell on the drivers side before the water came over my shoes
Parked up alongside Peter with his van and in front of a chevan - a rare beast :!:
Joined later by Jon Myrtle with his Elictical contractor Van

Having been round the museum a few times and had a cup of coffee the rain eventually stopped and we could get out in the fresh air :P
Mike Stanley was showing his van on the BT stand but did draw alongside the rest of us later to make a 4sum of HA commercials

Also there was the Hearse Register which wa sall a bit grissly - I kept my distance not wanting to tempt fate at my age  Thought - could the HC estate make a reasonable hearse
Saw a nice CF 250 Bedford camper with a very nice slant 4 tucked in the front - one for you Simon (of Crewe)

At least it was dry to come home - all I need to do now is dry the cab out and fix the exhaust system - thats the 2nd exhoust system I have holed in the last 5 days :imsmiling:
Knocking the miles on now Steve :P

There is a photo somewhere of what looks like a HC made into a Hearse, see if I can find it.
