Billing has been sold to developers... They are honouring all this years events, but will not finalise any for the future as yet.

Developers! What developers, I wanna buy a condo there, right where the we pitch up each year... How do you think a common Viva will look outside a place built there?

Look down the road... Theres a Merc. A BMW. An Alfa. A Viva... (Scratchy sound, back up) A Viva... How dare someone lower the tone of this exclusive neibourhood.

Dispite the buildings that go up - IF they go up - perhaps we should continue to do a Viva pilgrimage there every year, pitch up on their front lawns or something and BBQ our monster steaks on their driveways.

Maybe the next VBOA should be at the new Retail Park at Ellesmere Port, by this time next year thats all it will.

Apparantly some people talked to the guy who runs the resturant and he reckoned it was codswallop that they'd re-develop. It is under new management, but the amount of money that place generates from caravan pitches and moorings, let alone event gate takings etc is too much for it to cease to be.

Billing will continue seemed to be the impression.
