Nice one Paul, looks like you should have nearly 600 spare.

*chuffed that those boxes aren't sitting in my dining room any more*
All the best, Paul.

Good news folks all stamped and posted this afternoon!! expect them in the mail in next few days... everyone was posted at the same time....

Here is my stamp collection. raided and cleaned two local postoffices of Second class and first class stamps!!!! and the odd 2p stamps etc to make it up to the 60p postage costs... My toungue is very dry now :? :?

And after finally licking and sticking all those stamps and pilling things up i suddenly realised just how many magazines it was.... for the record Joe is 6 foot tall!

Why what were you doing? Only we use self adhesive stamps now.
Three cars, two fire engines, one steam roller, a wheelchair, and various sized hammers.... what could go wrong?!

I don't think self-adhesive stamps are available in such large numbers in smaller post offices (remember nuneaton has a main post office the size of a small post office now, as they made it into a spar shop).

I suspect there tends to be more stock of gummed stamps in them big books sthey have than the small packs of self-adhesive ones.

A lot of postage is done by printed post labels now too, and they only print two at a time, can't see a post office being too happy to do 600+ of those!

For the cost of a pint of beer and a packet of fags, you could of got a team of immigrants to do the licking for you.
