Tell us all about what's happening and what you did

It must be noted, that there have been nationwide postal strikes that have disrupted mail sortation and delivery everywhere.

I got my flyer only yesterday, and the Reading area is considered one of the least effected areas.

They are on the way, but they may take some time.
Sometimes, I wonder why I bother, and then for one fleeting moment things will go right for a change.

If you don't want me to come just say so but I've got people phoning me up asking for information as well.

As you seem to be getting a bit desperate try this Link http://www.enjoyengland.com/stay/searchresults.aspx?Sec=accommodation&advsrch=1&Rad=10&TowPosCd=Gaydon&PType=hot&sdate=08/09/2007&durat=1&room=1&adult=1&child=0&RtValArr=&Lat=52.1875464406&Lon=-1.4675190512&Caption=Gaydon,%20Warwickshire&display=list
I am booked in at Redlands Farm, 01926 651241, for 8th Sept - only about 3 miles from the Heritage Centre.
Church Hill Farm is another one, 01926 651251, but they do not do singles on a weekend.
Hope this helps
Fred

Flyer #2 is now in the system.

I've just got back from Reading after dropping off the labels (printed this evening here and then scooted up while they were still warm to avoid even more delay) to Danny for sending out a revised flyer, you should see something in the post by the early part of next week at the latest.

Bad news on the disco front though, it turns out that the costs involved were slightly underestimated. We (as in the Committee Members that have been running around like blue bottomed flies this week) have decided that it's far too much money for the club's coffers to swallow, so our local man is looking for an alternative location to have a pint and a chat on the Saturday night (camping is still in the Gaydon grounds though)

We may not have time to include these details on the flyers (they must go out sharpish), but when a plan is in place, one of us will put it up here.
All the best, Paul.

465 flyers regarding the agm put in the post this afternoon at Henley-on-Thames post office.

Many thanks to Paul Bennet for the labels and his time in delivering them, and for the help he needed from Paul Bottomley in producing them.

Regards
Danny

Thats brilliant! I think we need to thank you, Dan, & the 2 Pauls for your efforts on behalf of the members.
At least there are some people who are committed to this club.
Also if you need any help with anything PLEASE e-mail me. I'll help if i can.

Fixed for you :D

I may see you at the Hellingly FOT this weekend (just visiting on the Sat), you may then regret that offer.
All the best, Paul.
