Thoroughly enjoying driving this one around! I worry that I might have lost most of the restoration pictures on a corrupted hard drive, fingers crossed I will be able to get them back.

Anyway, here's a low-resolution photo from someone else's camera after the respray and most of the refit.

Thanks Kraken, found a couple more low-res images...

If I do stumble across the full set of high resolution images I'll post them in a fresh restoration thread

The car looks great, Nick.

I wouldn't worry too much about picture resolution. Our VVOC website only accepts up to 800 x 600 pixel size. Any pictures with a finer resolution have to be re-sized down to 800 x 600 to upload onto the site, but that's okay, 800 x 600 is adequate for our needs. :)

Welcome to the club. :D

The wheels do look good. Are they the originals banded? What size are they?

Thanks all. Correct Kraken, they're 6J x 13s

They look really nice. I was considering banded steels for my HB if it ever gets on the road. I hadn't thought about putting them on my HC though, there's some food for thought...

I got my insurance last may through RH SPECIALIST Insurance when I was 17. That's on my '75 1256cc, limited to 5,000 miles and no commuting but still does the job as I'm still at school. I could have upped the mileage and included commuting in my policy but at an extra cost. It was £1250 with the limitations
