I'm running Droop Snoot Avon Safety Wheels with 175/70r13 on mine. If you manage to get a set make sure you also get the relevant wheels nuts as the ones from the steels are not the correct design.
When I had my Viva back in the 90s found it tail happy in the wet and the extra width helped address that. I haven't driven my current Viva in the wet yet but the tyre setup I have on it seems to hold the road very well in the dry.
