Simply Vauxhall at Beaulieu 2021

Postby Bob perry » Mon Feb 08, 2021 12:00 pm

I'm on the Beaulieu mailing list, and they have announced today a SIMPLY VAUXHALL event on Monday May 97th 2021.

All owners of Vauxhall models, whatever age, are invited and tickets are available from today Feb 8th.
Hopefully things will be a little bit easier by then, and it would be great if we could have a meet up and, possibly? a club stand, Adrian??

I'm going to book up shortly, and take the chance, as it won't be too big a loss if it doesn't happen, so anyone else up for it?
We need some viva shows, definitely fed up with this cold turkey!!

I'm planning to go, we'll have to arrange a meet point so club members can go in together to park up together :)

Cant you book a Club Stand so you have space allocated ? - that way it is easier to park together.
Having looked at the Event website I may have answered my own question - they dont mention Club booking they dont even have a price per car so its £13.00 each adult!
It also has this warning
Please be aware that we have suspended ticket sales on Simply Vauxhall whilst we consider the latest government guidance and finalise our plans for reopening.

They hadn’t even opened them last time
I checked ;)

There were no club stands last time, until social distancing ends I expect that to continue. We got around that last time by meeting up in a large pub car park in the New Forest and heading in in convoy

OK Adrian, lets talk again nearer the time. How about a meet up at the Rownham Services M27?
Next exit is for Beaulieu HGV use, and misses out the New Forest. Unless you know somewhere a bit better, and I'll go with the choice.
Fingers crossed it still goes ahead. I haven't actually booked yet either, just in case!

The pub is on the route from J2 to Beaulieu which makes it good for those coming from east and west :)

Chat nearer the time as you said.

Re: Simply Vauxhall at Beaulieu 2021 change of date?

Postby Bob perry » Sat Mar 13, 2021 4:48 pm

Just been on the Beaulieu site and they are now listing the Simply Vauxhall Day as Sat 17th July, which isn't a surprise, but ticket applications are available. The May date did seem a bit early!
I'm on the mailing list and haven't had any formal notification yet, but it will probably come soon.

If Sywell is a go then July could be quite a good month!
