Postby viva power » Sun Mar 02, 2008 10:09 pm

i had my viva s delivered yesterday and have been looking it over today.
looks good apart from a few little things.
the rear weel arches at the bottom of the spare wheel well and the same place on the other side has a hole the size of a 10p. needs some touching up on the drivers sill that has been replaced. bubbling on the front drivers wing. bubbling on the front valence. needs a newcenter section exhaust (slightly blowing silencer )and needs a passenger vindow winder.
this car is totally original un restored 26000 mile one owner from new wnd has all the original booklets even the phillips radio casette is in there with its manual.

it will be slowly restored to factory original eventually

Not many left in that condition ,doesnt sound too bad!, get a list of what you need and get over to the spares day, you'll get it all there , and probably a few extra 'titification'goodies as well 8)

Thats a heap of junk thing, take it out throw it away, there is no proof they work so its a waste of time having it... The only way to convert to unleaded is to actually re machine the head... Otherwise its adding a substance to the fuel in liquid form when you fill up.

There are numerous substances such as castrol valve stem fluid availble from Halfords (examples).
