Does the next picture show that you've blocked off all the airflow to the oil cooler by sticking a number plate in front of it? If you have, that probably negates any effect it will have.
The only way to know for sure is to monitor oil temps, you'd be surprised how much air will still get through the cooler in that position. I learned not to take anything regarding airflow through rads for granted years ago after a mate of mine was involved in some testing at Mira, basically a large manufacturer was thinking about using a new front bumper design and was concerned that the new narrow opening design in conjunction with a std UK reg plate would restrict flow and would cause the intercooler to be less efficient and cause high intake temps. Testing was done and they found the intercooler was more efficient with a number plate in place than it was when it was completely removed!!!
