Paul's front screen rubbers are far, far better than the 'stuf off the roll'. They are silicone so will not deteriorate so quickly and seal better. They are slightly wider so they don't 'tuck in' at the corners. They are also one piece so don't have a join. I bought one for the Firenza, haven't fitted it yet, but I'm very impressed. Just waiting for the Coupe rear ones to be made now :D

Hi guys,
considering the glass excluders... At the left window (driver's side for me, vauxhall from the continent ;) ) the rubbers pressing against the window are really old and leaky. I am looking to replace this. I think i'll buy them at a company here in Belgium that makes all types of rubbers for car purposes or buy them online in the UK somewhere.

Tricky part before i can do this is remove the old ones... I don't seem to find anything about this on the forum (maybe too straight forward?). Do they just click out with a small screwdriver, or should the door handle on the inner side of the door be removed so the panel comes off?? Same goes for the window at the left side at the back (passenger window, i have a HC 2 door model). Here I see two little screws to remove the window so i guess here I should remove the window to replace the rubber?

Thanks for the tips!

Has anyone heard any news about the surround draft rubbers for doors yet?
