Ok, call me stupid but I can't seem to find where the wiring for the indicators passes through the inner wing area. At the moment I have them running a weird and wonderful way around stuff which I know is wrong.
Could any of you explain or even post up a picture of where they pass through?

Shaun, there is a hole about 40mm dia in the lower inner wing just behind the front panel, you can see one on the right side of this shot.
