Starting on the wiring of the GT - many questions to follow!

So, as the title said, I am trying to make sense of the wiring - so far so goodish. The GT I got had at least one and a half wire harnesses - all cut to pieces. I was however able to get another complete harness - some broken ends but other than that, all is there. Tonight I started trying to sort out what will connect to what. So, question number 1.

There is sub harness that connects the main harness to the electric clock and the wiper switch (a 7 prong plug (six wires used) and a three prong plug. In addition to these wires, there is a separate wire that I read as Blue & Black - any idea what this might connect to?
