Trying to sort Non start

Hi guys I have a 65 Viva Ha and it broke down on me on way home from work on Wednesday .I inspected and found a Ht lead had been pulled off and I put back on but still wouldn't start. I have determined there is a spark from coil to top of dizzy cap but not to leads !?.Checked rotor arm looks good.Checked dizzy cap and cleaned etc still no spark.It's got no points as is New electronic ignition.This should be a simple fix but it's bugging me!!
