Posted: Wed Apr 11, 2018 9:00 pmI noticed that too..... it makes sense that severe abrasion of the contact could affect the tension / pressure on the bi-metal spring therefore upsetting the temperature and current that it trips at. That's why i suggested cleaning them with a low abrasion nail emery board but now thinking about it even that may cause problems.
