1972 2 door viva hc hinge problem

Any one have experience on door hinges. My 2 door HC drivers side door has dropped slightly and can lift door
Slightly noticed the hinges have a bit of play in them.
Do the hinge pins go first in which case can I still buy pins?
Or would the hinges wear down in this case can I still get the hinges anywhere?
Or should I replace both?
Any advice would be great. Thank you
