Rust-away is a good one and easy to use.

great, in fact the cortina I once had came for a visit today and still looks as good as the day that I had the paintwork done nearly 3 years ago. The cars driver also came to see me.

I am going to strip the blue HB right back, I have started using it on the roof and it works great. make sure you follow the instructions and be patient as that gives the best results. Then rub back and the rust will just dissappear. I have even seen it take surface rust off and leave bear metal behind rather than turning the metal black. If you only have stone-chips, then you may be able to get away with patching in with a touch up pen.

I think my car is held together with rust away
Three cars, two fire engines, one steam roller, a wheelchair, and various sized hammers.... what could go wrong?!

Hammerite Kurust Rust Remover is very good to stop it coming back it is always best to use Kurust Rust then etch primer on bare metal then filler then primer/colour. etch primer is a must. its worked for me for years with good results :D
