The floor of my Magnum had some surface rust where the floor pans meet the bulkhead. I treated it with an acid based "rustkiller" and coated it with our (INNOTEC) Constuction Primer. New sealant in some places as well. Now it's ready for a rust proofing waxcoat before the carpet goes in again.
