Posted: Tue Sep 15, 2020 10:53 pmMy guess is Opel Kadett. not only because of the stamp on the block which is pretty obvious but, if you search the Opel website, there are references to Dutch built Kadetts and engine numbers which start with a 12!
Pure guesswork of course, but you can make further enquiries if you have the donor vehicle details v.i.n. etc!
