Castrol TQ Dexron.

I have an HC 1159 Auto, and the gearbox could do with a little topping up (oil change) after a radiator recore.
The only reference I can find to the box in the manuals is to use Castrol TQ Dexron.
I am sort of assuming it's probably a cheap ATF in it at the moment to be honest as I have never changed the fluid since I got the car (very few miles really).
I would be grateful for any advice regarding the fluid, as the box works well, and I would like to keep things that way.
