Because I do not have the V5, or an MOT, and stuck down a quiet side street. I realise I deserve the notice (well I would if the DVLA stopped dicking about and taking over 2months for transfer of owner), doesn't make it any less annoying.

As far as undoing bolts goes Tigran, have you tried 'PlusGas' which is a fairly widely available dismantling lubricant? Works for me. Just be careful not to get it on any braking surfaces, particularly the shoes.
