Postby jamezz666 » Tue Sep 17, 2024 4:13 pm

Hello,

where can i purchase upper ball joint dust/grease covers? the lower ones i've managed to find easy, but i've been searching the internet for hours and cannot find anything close and i've also asked at my local motor factors, which they couldn't help.

As seen in the pic which type.

Thank you for your reply, i've got a bag full of random joint covers like those in the link, but they're a lot thinner material and the bottom half of the covers has to be cut off (where the cable tie sits) for them to go over. I've tried a few times with covers like those in the link, but unfortunately it didn't work.

My old covers have fell apart now, but there's a big difference in the thickness of the material of the uppers to the lowers.

Those are after market joints with sliding covers. The originals are similar the original bottom joint covers.
