Good evening
I bought the one's in the link from machine mart.
A tap with a mallet was all that was required. From the underside, worked from the join ro the curve, then from the other end and hey presto they pooped off

glad it worked so well, and may I say that now that I have the tools I use them for all kinds of crazy tasks.
