A limited run of a thousand of these models have started to appear on ebay. This is my holy grail car - the extinct Mk I Viva GT in Elkhart yellow.
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Corgi-Vanguar ... 3018226263The car on which the model is based is TNR149H. Here are the last known pictures of this car back in 2011. The below link is to the forum on which the pictures appeared. There are lots more pictures on the forum showing TNR149H in a very poor state. Does anyone known what has become of this car? Sadly, I fear the worst...

Yours could now be the only survivor, J.P.
I remember you posting this picture of a derelict one on a farm in Kingston, Ontario, on the British car forum about three years ago.
Could the car not be saved?

It is very very rough by now, it has also been stripped (by me) - so, the bonnet is in Winnipeg, the interior missing, the dash and various pieces in my shed. All that remains is the engine which has been exposed to the elements for years - the glass and a very rusty shell. And the VIN is missing and there really isn't the will to restore these things on this side of the pond.
