Checked a few of my cars and motorbikes on TFL website....V5c does state correct engine size...

Vehicle results
If you drive in the following zones, you may need to pay a daily charge.

Your vehicle
UYR154F
Orange VAUXHALL VIVA GT
Country of registration
United Kingdom
Change vehicle
Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ)
This vehicle meets the ULEZ emissions standards
You do not need to pay a daily ULEZ charge to drive in the zone, and are helping to improve air quality across London.

However, if you see the Congestion Charge displayed below, you will need to pay that daily charge to drive in central London.

Darth as a L reg is automatically exempt, as are earlier cars.

Alfie is a M reg so despite being Historic tax class you have to send a copy of the V5C to TFL to prove it, despite them being able to get that info from a DVLA web site
