do mini wheels have the same pcd as my viva ha?

Yep, although HA's are 12 " and mini's are generally 10".

MINI and VIVA are 4" PCD :D :D

I've just put a set of 12" supalite mini wheels on my White HA. Offset is heavy, ET!0 on a 5.5J but actually drives fine and makes the car about 3" wider track all round. Centre bore is very wrong, and just incase, Minis use 3/8" studs, Vivas use 7/16" studs. Would advise the use of centre bore adaptors.
13" wheels for the Mini will fit, but I expect you will have clearance issues on the front unless you use the lowest profiles tyres, 175/50r13 or 175/60r13

hello cheers for the help also what do you think are the widest wheels i will get on the front of my HA, my plan is to have 15" starmag wheels on the back and 13" on the front but i want the car level still if you know what i mean i'll have to lower the back a lot more than the front but i want the back wheels to tuck right under the arch i also need to know how to stiffen the suspesion if anyone can help with that also cheers guys

I would think that polybushing would stiffen up the suspension, or, as I'm not familiar with the rear of an HA, adding a leaf? I tried placing some Toyota 15" wheels (Previa space savers) in my rear arches, and think that a little tubbing might have to be done if it was to be lowered too much.
