LOL yep it is a hint Tony :madslap:

I have already pushed all the old bushed out ready for the new polybushes :D

Only slight downer for this weekend so far is the D1's rub ever so slightly on the inner wings on full lock.... Maybe need to EASE things there :D

I am so in need of a video camera and mike as the sound is something else.

So much to do so little time 8)

Always nice to see pics of Marvin,as my HA is a storm grey deluxe. Gets my enthusiasm going again, now all I need is some spare time! By the way, did the decals arrive yet?

If you go to parts for sale and look at my hc panels post, you can see it looking a bit sad propping up my HC quater panel!
It looks worse than it is though!

I could get my head in that arch gap! Get it down!

Looking good though MrB. Getting fed up with welding my exhaust up now so might do something similar.

Time to tease people!!!!

Another video due soon, but tappets are right noisy so and so's its a little :oops: But I am sure you can forgive me for now... shall sort them out when rain stops washing the cars.

<edit>

here is the other video... please it was a cold start the choke was in the the engine was almost stalling, I was just in a rush to get you some sounds ..... Next time I will get it warmed up so it can tick-over correctly and sort the damn tappets out!! :lol: :lol: :lol: (all the excuses under the sun)

Even with the tappets, it sounds sweet :D

LOL its all gone Pete Tong, I thought I would adjust the tappets again and at the same time swap the rocker stud nuts where they felt too loose or stiff.... OOPS the stiff one came off aright, but along with the stud itself :roll: :roll:

No matter off with the head it is, down the workshop this week, push in a few new studs, hopefully back on the block by next weekend... Bit of luck I have a few spares!!! :D

Note the fourth stud from the bottom of the picture, appears to have something detached :| :|

No matter I can use the time to clean the car a bit, the engine bay was getting a bit "used"!

Head off, stripped and most of the rocker studs pulled... Found my pack of spare rocker studs and they are ready to push in, however I only have 5 studs not 8 ??? And no nuts.. so i better get a wanted add done ASAP
