i'm after a performance exhaust system to fit my hc. i've seen a 2" twin box system listed for the chevette, would this fit a hc viva? or be pretty close?

As far as I know it will be no where near. You will probably have to get a system made, dont think anyone makes one off the shelf.

As peter said no one makes off the shelf exhaust systems for the OHV engine Vivas.... It will have to be custom made and that's going to be expensive if someone else makes it. Mine cost me £500 in stainless. :goodluck:

Sort of blows your £300 out of the water for the full engine upgrades, turbo build and exhaust don't it :whistle3:

1303r, read the forum rules, your both expressing an opinion, ok, so you disagree, no need for language. Agree to disagree, Paul does sometimes play the devils advocate just to make people think of other ways to do things. Hes also probably forgotten more about Vivas than most of us will ever know. :imsmiling:

Can get most systems made up for not a hell of alot, to the guy that paid £500 for a exhaust, thats seems very excessive. i have had a few custom exhausts made up on various cars and have never been more than £375.

Call around local custom places and you will get one for around £300 for the viva as its a very basic system.
