i've ordered up a 2" single box system ment for a mk2 escort. only £70, i'll just cut n shut that till it fits
had to do a similar thing with my shovette. hopefully the viva will be easier, due to having no panhard rod and it won't be sitting anywhere near as low.

Usually the problem area on the Viva is where it goes over the axle. You need to make sure you leave enough clearance for the axle movement. The other way is to build the exhaust so that it exits under the drivers door, usually quite loud that method!

yep, thats where i had the biggest headache with the shovette. as i said, the viva won't be anywhere near as low so should be a bit easier.
the bit i'm not looking forward to is making a down pipe to get around the steering coloum. and having space for the turbocharger with the clutch cable and battery. may have to move some stuff around....

Battery can go in the boot. Would involve some plumbing but the turbo can go on the other side of the engine, more room there. Or move the rad forward and put it in front of the engine.

Could always have it go through a box and double back to come out behind the driver's door, or use something like a Toyota MR2/MGF back box, to come out sideways
