Electronic ignition for 1800 ohc

Postby Retro morgs » Thu Mar 03, 2011 10:03 pm

I will be changing the carb for a weber set up on my 1800 deluxe soon and want to upgrade to electronic ignition at the same time. Where is the best place to buy this and any idea on prices?

I used these guys for the v8.
they built the system inside the standard dizzy so you couldnt tell it had been upgraded and it has been very reliable only once failing after 3 years and he repaired it free of charge replacing the sensor
And it only cost £130 including a new high powered coil.

I was quite chuffed with the price just for the reliability and after what ive spent over the last couple off years its chicken feed.
