GT engine go fast parts

Are such things available? I will have to rebuild the engine on the GT I just bought.

I gather from what I have read that the block is robust enough to bore out. are there oversize pistons available? (and where?) Likewise, is there different cams? Finally, what is the relationship between the GT engine and the Lotus engine as some seem to use a Lotus head - is this a bolt on? are they available?
