Lots of things happened in garage but I didn't get it road legal yet.
Brakes:

Discs from Citroen Xsara. 266mm.
Calibers from Volvo 240
Hubs from Ford Escort mk1 or mk2 with Volvo (5x108). Hubs and hmmm struts? :? needed to be modified.
I cant recommend these modifications to anyone yet because discs are pretty close from struts.

Interior work went pretty bad because of hurry, carpet looks like sh*t right now.

Engine needs to be tuned and little things made and it´s ready for inspection to be road legal.

I´m gonna post some more pictures someday

Good to see it up and running. Good luck with getting it legal.

Owners could do an similar conversion using a Manta GTE/Vauxhall Carlton 2.0/2.2/2.4 fuel injected engine/box, if they don't fancy a Ford engine.... :D

Can anyone help me? I am now trying to get this Viva road legal but i´m having problems with paperwork. I don´t find any good pictures from front axle to show to the inspector guy. My axle is (as I been told) 2.3 Magnum´s (sway bar goes behind axle). I have to proof that axle had 2.3 litr engine and can handle weight of that Ford´s engine.

I'm sure someone on here will help with a photo or two. Paul should have some of his hb with the slant.

Do you have a similar certification process to get modified cars legal as we do here in nz ?

Viva has been road legal now for about 3 weeks. :) But thank you anyway for your help!
I dont know about nz certification but here in Finland it is pretty hard to build a car you want. You can have only 20% more horsepower than most powerful model (in my case Viva Gt). Engine cant weight over 15% more and cylinders cant be over 20% bigger than Viva Gt. And of course brakes and axles must be better or same. And more and more other little things.
Now I am tuning fuel and spark maps, someday it will accelerate how it should accelerate.
