Wheel spacers.

Postby Moles » Wed Jan 25, 2017 8:40 pm

Just wondering if any one has ever had any spacers on their Viva the type that changes the pcd too?
I'm asking as I've a set of centre lines that came off an old rod fronts are right pcd rears are 5x4.5" pcd. Really would like them on the old girl but would like the option of swapping back to the steels come winter time. Cheers Moles

we use spacers with changed PCD (4x100mm) on our rallyecross car.

you have to watch out, if the required thickness of the spacer (length of the original stud bolts, 50mm if i remember correctly) combined with the offset and width of the new wheels doesn't get too wide.

Cheers for that. Just wonder if original pcd and one of 5x4.5" will be possible and not over lap and cause problems.
