Ah but a standard Chevette cam is the same as a 90 cam isn't it? Do you know how a 90 head compares to a chevette head? I know the 90 had a little bit more power.

Bill Blydesnstein definitely told me that he had 8 custom cranks made up for 1500cc Chevettes so maybe he experimented with both offset overbored and stroked motors? The trouble is if you ring him up to ask he just keeps telling you to put a Manta engine in :lol:

p.s. already got an unleaded conversion :D

As for the oil cooler if anyone ever comes across a Chevette Automatic radiator then I want it!!! They have a transmission fluid cooler in the bottom that would make a fantastic oil cooler!
