The motorway clip is probably the one that's been on quite a lot on the TV as part of the BBC2 'Life in the fast lane' documentary, showing the opening of Spaghetti Junction - quite a few Vauxhalls lining up behind the police Range Rovers.

Watching "Sex and Drugs and Rock'n'Roll", the Ian Dury film, I noticed there's a four-door HC in the background in the sequence where they are shooting the cover of the 'New Boots and Panties' album, parked next to a Triumph of some kind. Can't quite tell if it's Coppertone or Garnet Starmist, but has a light coloured vinyl roof. Perhaps should be in the "Great Movie Mistakes" section instead (if there was one) as the original album cover has a light-coloured Mini van reflected in the window, not a Viva.

I didn't want to start a new thread - is there one for 'Vivas seen on TV or in film' somewhere, all I could find is separate ones.

Yes I see this on the film,think it was the magnum or viva that was on fleabay just over a year ago,
Think it was the plum coloured one with a cream roof .
