Anyone think the red car in the background is a Viva/Magnum?

Yep it does look like it once one gets past the huge front spoiler.
That T Bucket looks like it has a Semi Hemi 2.5 Daimler.V8 I had one in a 68 Jag Mk.2 clone back in the 90s
