Duplicate messages

Can anyone explain to me why, when I post a message or reply on the forum, my messages always seem to end up being repeated and I end up with 2 identical messages being posted. The only way that I can seem to escape from this happening is to leave the website completely after posting messages/reply and then log into the site again to continue reading the forums.
