You need to create a smaller file for the picture. If you have explorer and go into your documents - pictures file. find the picture you want to put on the Garage - select it and choose email this file - it will as you if you want a small file which you select - you will get an email window which you can ten drag and drop the file to your desktop.
When you go into the garage and go to browse - find the file on Desktop and upload.

.....personally I would of used Google to search for a method, 1000's of free sites out there than can show, perform and adjust pictures for free into a size thats managable. Why not have a look yourself at
