must just be my computer but i cant view any pictures on a thread not even the ones next to a thread link. all i get is a red "x" in a box as tho the image does not exist. its been like this for ages and i`ve finally had enough!

Then as no one else is having this issue I suggest its a problem with the settings on your PC...

Suggest you look at settings and see if you have set pictures not to be shown in your browser...

then again if you are viewing messages via email then in order to view pictures you need to visit the forum.

its fine in any other site i visit for some reason its just this one and that is the most annoying thing.

Right which browser are you using and which version of the browser.

There are no special "don't show images" settings on this website and or html code used to create the site.

I repeat no one else is having this issue which means it must be at your end that the issue happens, not the webserver here

Last thought you may well have a firewall issue that blocking images.
