NEW MEMBER TO VOC

Hello all,
I am a new member from Norway that recently purchased a 1970 Viva HB (2 door)
First time Vauxhall for me,...but had UK iron in the past..
I was fortune to grow up with all the good old rwd cars,....MK1 and MK2 Cortina GT's,..Capri's... Taunus coupe's
Ascona and Manta A's,.. Kadett B's and so on,...and have fond memories from back then,...

Today, i wish I never sold any of them,...

looking forward to chat with other members about my new Vauxhall

thank you for the welcome,..
I am a full member of the VOC,..
I am born and raised in Norway and resides there,...that is where the car is...
Viva HB 1970 (2 door) 1159cc oyster white w/ red interior
I tried to attach a few pic's but they were to large....I have to learn how to do this on the site...

I think I got the size of the picks down,...so here is the HB..
Residing in Norway,..so it is an export vehicle,...best thing about the car is that it has been sitting in a barn for a number of years and there is not a spot of rust on it,....
The underside is totally solid and still covered in Tectyl..

yeah, they were on the car when I bought it,...
Alicat 5,5 x 13

the picture is taken when I had to pull the box,...cause the back end of the shift linkage came loose so I had to improvise a little for now,....( it works just fine until I can swap the box for another one I have but it is in 1000 pieces..;-((

Thought they look like Alicats - usually fitted to the bigger engined HCs but quite rare these days
