Trace Vauxhall Viva HB

Postby wildone0021 » Thu Jun 04, 2020 2:15 pm

I hope someone will be able to trace my father's modified HB Vauxhall Viva, I have looked on the DVLA website and it still seems to be in existence. When my father sold it, it had a Rover V8 engine in it however on the DVLA website it states that it has a Chevy V8 installed but it has no MOT so I suspect it is used for racing. Can anyone help me trace this vehicle.

I have registered with the PISTONHEADS website and asked the same question and a helpful person suggested I contacted yourselves.

might also be worth taking a look at the Viva Outlaws to see if anyone knows there - there's tend to be much more modified than ours

good luck!

I only have pictures of the car going back to the 1970's which shows the car in maroon with a silver arrow flash on the side. I now know from DVLA if it's still around that it's colour has been changed and when my father had it there was a Rover V8 powering it but the latest DLVA record shows the engine size which equates to an american V8.
