Welcome to the forum Jerrod. If you supply the reg number and the location you purchased the car from, I'm sure someone here will know the car.

Kind of surprised the previous owner didn't give you ther nod to join the club, but heho.

Post some pics, it would be good to see what soert of progress has been made.

Cheers
Dan

Welcome.

Did you buy the 1300 S viva off ebay?

Enjoy driving it - and join the club!!! It's worth every penny and there are a lot of good folks you can meet at various events throughout the year - but mainly in the summer.

You've ended up with a good, simple straight forward car, that is fun to drive. It will get lots of looks and smiles. :D

Thanks !

I will get some pictures at work tomorow, but it's an S. I tried to "Pimp" it up a bit to make it appeal to younger people as a trendy first classic, but it kind of backfired and i fell in love with it ! And no, i didn't buy it off ebay. I work for a classic car restoration company (www.bradleyjamesclassics.co.uk) and it was a bit to much work for us to do !

Problem is it failed it's MOT on 16 !!!!!! counts, Mainly welding....But i knew it needed quite alot of welding anyway !

I've also got a Ford 100e, A 2l red top engined Mk1 Fiesta, A Morris Minor convertable running FULL jensen interceptor Running gear and engine and an Austin Gypsi. I've got a few Jags a Bsa A7, 2 Triumph Bonneviles and an Fs1e......So i guess i'm doing alright for motors at the moment !!!
