Billing charges for 2008

Postby dann01 » Mon Feb 25, 2008 12:44 pm

Have just recieved the following from Ian Coomber of VBOA as confirmation of the charges we can expect for Billing.

The following charges have been agreed with Billing Aquadrome management for the 2008 VBOA National Rally

Gate charges are per vehicle and all occupants
Thursday July 10th camping per vehicle - £10 for 24 hours
Friday, Saturday and Sunday July 11th,12th&13th camping per vehicle - £13 per 24 hour period
This charge will only apply on Sunday July 13th if campers vacate the site by 11.00am Monday
Electrical hook ups - £4 per 24 hour period
Additional vehicles to be charged at £10 for duration of the stay
Day entry per vehicle, any day - £10
The VBOA will arrange to display the charges at the gate
Any “gazebo” left erected overnight will be charged at £5 per night. This does not apply to Vauxhall provided tents/marquees. For the avoidance of doubt, overnight is defined as being after 10.00pm. The site bailiffs will be instructed accordingly
This years windscreen stickers will again be in red but with “name” in place of vehicle registration number. Any vehicle not displaying a VBOA sticker will be charged the normal camping rate of £19 per 24 hour period

We have requested that the windscreen stickers are printed in time for distribution to club reps at the next VBOA Committee meeting on April 27th.

Kind regards

Ian Coomber

Stickers are not available yet, but when they are I shall make sure everyone knows.

Regards
Dan

Page 4, right hand colum, in italics at the top in the last mag, Pete.

Is Dave going?

I shall send you one if you PM me your address.
