We'll have to see, as I've got a job for BT and I'm training all the way through August and September. Although my training is in Livingston at that time... So there's a good chance I'll be there, but maybe not in the Capri.

Are you taking anything?

Yes my Viva and my CA Dormobile, zero response from club members though, a bit disappointing.......

Sad to say only my Viva at Scottish Ford Day this year, despite my best efforts.
We had a fantastic day, filled the venue with over 600 cars, two fantastic sets from The Groovediggers, vintage bus rides, huge autojumble, glorious weather, what more can one ask.
Never mind I will try again next year........

That's a shame. I forgot about Ford day... Actually replaced the fuel sender in the Capri on Saturday, thus fixing the fuel leak I had, so I could have taken it!

It would be nice to get some support at these events where Events Reps have gone to the trouble to set up a club stand for the BENEFIT of the membership - so where are all the Scottish - Border region members  - what is it you want from your Club - we are trying to get Regional Viva Owners Club rallies going to replace the Viva National and that seems to fall flat other that in the Midlands/ North west area
Well done Fraser for trying - you can take a horse to water .................

Thanks for that Fred, I am used to this response from other clubs I am involved in, we will go again next year.
It is a shame as they missed an excellent show with a variety of cars not seen at any car show in Scotland.
A big thank you to Mike for running our advert in Revival for a couple of issues, it was really appreciated.
