Fitting new wheels

Postby Cogsy » Tue Dec 13, 2016 2:41 pm

Hi all,

I need some advice on how I should go about changing the wheels on my 73 viva. I believe the pcd on the stock wheels is 4x101.6 so i was thinking i would get some 4x100 wheels and get them machined out to 101.6. I'd like to know the limits of how big i can go (13",14",15" etc) in respect to offset, wheel guards, performance etc.

Cheers!

I got 15 inch 8J with 10 offset on mine with no issues. However you will probably need to trim the bottom of the front wheel arch lips if it hasn't been done already - mine had apparently.
