Thanks Adrian, I think I will give it a go as my seats tip forward.

Thanks bought a set on eBay, kept the originals just in case. Be careful with the bolt length for the buckle between the seats, if it’s longer can hit the prop shaft so use the original if possible

Some HC 2 door models have the inertia reel assembly mounted inside the rear quarter void, behind the side trim panel, and the belt exits through a slot in the trim card. The mounting panel in your picture with the two holes in it ( which I believe are for the rear armrest) is different and carries the inertia reel assembly, might be an idea to look into that sort of arrangement using a modern inertia reel belt unit if you cant find the original vauxhall items.

Hi Mike,
Not sure if you’re interested but I came across these the other day if you want to try them out?
The rear buckle stalks are about 6” long and the two buckles are conjoined and fix via a single mounting bolt so I think would probably suit an HC, even if they do look a bit modern...
I can send pictures if you’re interested.

Hi Kraken,
Unfortunately your ad for the belts popped up a couple of days after I ordered some online. Many thanks for the offer though and thinking of me.
