Another expedition for the Viva this time the Down Run September '17 organised by a local in aid of the friends of cancer centre. I had a few friends along with me that day too, something Covid has stopped for now
. 30 to 40 cars turned out to explore the scenic beauty of County Down on a 60 mile route. Once again I was the only Viva in attendance. I got talking to a Paul Ralph from Drumaroad who was transplanting a VXR engine into a Chevette at the time. A few weeks later he gave me the 1256 engine from the Chevette along with a few springs but more on that later.
